Meet the Chef!

Epic Flavor is the culmination of Chef William Slade's 40 years in the hospitality industry and his passion for the culinary arts.

Growing up a child of professors in Beirut, Lebanon, Chef Slade was uniquely exposed to a variety of cultures, sparking a love for cuisine at an early age.

He gained a vast understanding of cuisine under the tutelage of Hungarian Master Chef Bank Szerenyi for 14 years, and has since served as head chef at several renowned restaurants and catering agencies.

As a personal chef, he provides custom menus designed for his clients' varying palettes, dietary needs and preferences.
